The pitcher is in perfect condition, no shortages, no cracks or shards. It comes from the earthenware mills of digoin and sarreguemines, created by two brothers in the 18th century just after the french revolution, on the banks of a river in moselle. The adventure involved two centuries of quality productions, and left us the testimony of its evolution through objects that we have the chance to cross today, intact, like this pretty pitcher with matte black enamel and inside a beautiful golden yellow shining. The pitcher is marked with the embossed reverse of the name of the earthenware factory, and numbered. The yellow and black so associated are typical of the 50s, and the ceramics are very finely crafted.
