Bamboo rocking chair from the 50s/60s by Arco

Magnificent and rare armchair called "rocking chair" circa 1960. Model produced in the former GDR by the manufacturer arco. Large diameter (4 cm) natural bamboo structure, a guarantee of high quality and robustness. The seat and back have been redone by an upholsterer and covered with a very pretty ecru linen fabric decorated with eucalyptus branches and leaves. XL size armchair, it measures 101 cm in height at the backrest, 51 cm in front of the seat and 31 cm behind, 60 cm in width (47 cm between the armrests) and finally 115 cm in depth. In perfect condition, this very beautiful rocking chair with a superb patina, completely in line with the current decor trend, will find its place in a large hall, a large bedroom or obviously in a patio or winter garden.
