Old oak store counter

Former boutique counter, also called store bank. This dates from the beginning of the 20th century. It is made of solid oak. The top and drawers were redone by a cabinetmaker. The drawers are fitted with 2 gilded brass shell handles. The stains visible inside are ink stains, so it is impossible to remove them but they give authenticity to the piece of furniture.
