Extendable round table, solid wood, 1970

Extendable round table in solid wood from the 1970s. The table has been sanded and revarnished to provide the best foundation for a new lease of life. Three coats of light mahogany varnish and three coats of special worktop varnish have been applied. There are a few light marks of time remaining (see photos). Beautiful central base with fine and elegant curves. The metal extension system is concealed by a wooden band, offering a very nice finish. The table's closing mechanism is in excellent condition and holds the parts together perfectly. It will pair wonderfully with chairs from the same era or more contemporary ones. Additional measurements: Width of the extension: 37.5 cm, making a total of 147.5 cm when the extension is in place. Height from the floor to the start of the band: 62.5 cm.
