Vintage Bengal pink botanical board frame

Large offset print after the illustration by pierre joseph redouté: rosa indica cruenta, bengal rose with purple flowers of blood. Elegant grooved border on raster paper, like a marie-louise or goes everywhere in hollow. In its juice, a lot of charm, traces of time with small spots of moisture (see close-up photo). The frame is in dark wood with stapled cardboard back on the back, dimensions: 42x32 cm. An illustration of the same type is available in my shop, possibility to buy a pair to make a wall of herbarium style frames.
