The name is reminiscent of the hare krishna movement (iskcon in english) created in copenhagen in 1967. A first exhibition of the krishan avatar was presented in the same gallery in november-december 1967. Guru har krishan (born in punjab in 1656, died in new delhi in 1664) is the eighth of the ten gurus of sikhism. He became the head of the sikh community at the age of five and died at the age of 8.
