Restored Victorian walnut revolving library.

We are delighted to offer for sale this quality rotating exhibition bookcase, fully restored, in English walnut with satinwood inlay, dating from around 1880, featuring a finely finished top and a very rare small drawer section. An aesthetically pleasing and well-made piece, the first I have seen with this small drawer section inside, this feature and the quality of the inlay on the top really set it apart from others. In terms of condition, it has been fully restored by a French varnisher, stripped, lightly stained, and polished French-style from top to bottom. Dimensions Height: 84 cm Width: 47 cm Depth: 47 cm.
