A pair of Breton oak chairs. The chairs are very decorative with carvings on the back panel, the seat, and along the front of the legs. The chairs date from the late 19th century, the patina is very striking, dark but with highlights due to wear. Both chairs are in very good condition for their age. The chairs are sturdy, all joints are tight, and the chairs are very usable and not just objects to admire. Two very beautiful chairs with stunning patina.
