Charming antique Louis XVI-style chest of drawers with three drawers, resting on four tapered legs adorned with brass sabots. The piece features beautiful mahogany veneer marquetry with geometric designs and side panels also marqueted. It is topped with a white marble top surrounded by an openwork brass gallery, typical of Belle Époque salon furniture. Condition: Marquetry in generally good condition; Complete brass gallery; Marble top showing a visible crack; Slight lifting of veneer on one edge; Missing a lock entry on the lower drawer but available in the drawer (to be re-nailed).
