18th century plate in Nevers earthenware

Very beautiful, almost intact example with a contoured edge and small floral motif. Nevers earthenware is a ceramic production from the nevers region which experienced strong development from the end of the 16th century when louis gonzague, duke of nevers, brought in earthenware makers from italy.
