Organic oak dining table with steel matrix base, Hjort Knudsen

This solid oak table, featuring a distinctive pebble-like shape and a tapered edge, was manufactured in Denmark by Hjort Knudsen. The table is new; however, the tabletop was damaged during the assembly of the base because the screws protruded through the top. The damage has been repaired, and the entire tabletop has been finished with a matte lacquer. The repaired holes are visible only upon close inspection (see images). The tabletop rests on a black steel matrix base. Any notable features or imperfections are documented in the photos or the text.
