Exceptional German sideboard from the 1960s, custom-made and composed of two distinct modules. With its impressive dimensions – 326 cm in total length, 46 cm in depth, and 68 cm in height – it immediately structures a space and offers remarkable storage capacity. The piece is made from light wood (probably oak), with sober and elegant lines typical of German modernist design. It rests on six legs, two of which are solid wood side legs with compass lines, providing visual lightness and stability to the whole. The front is rhythmically designed with several doors opening to storage spaces with shelves, complemented by four functional locks with their original keys. The top surface in grey melamine subtly contrasts with the warmth of the wood and enhances its functional aesthetic. The entire piece is in very good condition for its age, with consistent signs of use: slight scratches on the top, a small chip of about 1 cm on one corner of the melamine revealing the wood, as well as a discreet mark at the junction of the two modules at the back.
