Vintage Ruscha ceramic wall plaque

Superb and impressive vintage ceramic wall plaque by the famous West German manufacturer Ruscha Keramik, dating from the 1960s-1970s. An iconic centerpiece of the Brutalist, Pop Art, and Space Age movements. It features an abstract design in high relief with vibrant colors (bright red-orange discs, yellow sun motifs) contrasting with a textured and volcanic "Fat Lava" style black and brown glaze. • Manufacturer: Ruscha Keramik (West Germany) • Dimensions: Approximately 57 cm (width) X 44 cm (height) X 4 cm (thickness) • Installation: Equipped with its two original hanging rings sealed on the back, ready to be securely mounted on the wall. • Condition: Very good overall condition with splendid and bright colors. Note a small old chip on the lower right corner (see photo), which blends naturally into the raw and marbled texture of the border. The heart of the decoration is intact.
