Salad bowl / dish / washcloth stamped with caïffa planter, model "garland". Very pretty earthenware with a floral pattern of blue color. The company au planteur de caïffa was founded in 1890 by michel cahen and his wife. Initially a simple roaster, selling a whole range of coffee but aware of the need to meet his customers, he invented loyalty stamps that housewives meticulously glue in a small notebook preserved as preciously as a savings booklet. Once filled, it is exchanged for cheap objects (dishes, towels...), including this pretty room. Note slight brown traces, a through crack (discreet) and a shine on the underside (see photos). Very nice old object in good general condition.
