Arne Jacobsen Grand Prix Dining Table for Fritz Hansen Denmark 1957

Rare dining table, model grand prix, designed by arne jacobsen in 1957 and manufactured by fritz hansen denmark. The table is marked underneath the table top. This table was designed to be the companion for the 3130 chairs (later renamed grand prix), that won the grand prix at the triennale di milano in 1957. The three side legs repeat the shape of the legs of the matching chairs. The table top is of teak and the beautiful legs are in beech. Beautiful minimalist and light weight table. The table is in excellent condition. Minimal traces of use.
