Louis Philippe bedside table in walnut and walnut burl.

Louis-Philippe bedside table (19th century), recognisable by its simple lines, its rounded moulding (the rounded trim under the top) and its low plinth base. The door panel and the front of the drawer feature a beautiful walnut burr veneer (the very aesthetic wavy and burr patterns). The rest of the structure is made of solid walnut. The bedside table is in very good condition. The authentic patina, with its preserved antique appearance, highlights the grain beautifully. The wooden knobs are perfectly in keeping with the period. The piece is sound and robust. The inside of the drawer, the shelf, and the back of the cupboard have been cleaned, sanded, and varnished.
