Old provencal pot cover in glazed terracotta

The pot cover is in very good condition, no accidents, no cracks, it has not been glued back. It is made of red terracotta, was turned by a potter, and then enamelled with a beautiful enamel with mixed colors typical of provençal productions. It is very beautiful, heavy and thick, the terracotta is almost a centimeter thick! The pot cover is drilled on the reverse side of a hole that measures 2.5 cm in diameter. The width of the neck is 15 cm in diameter. The useful height of the pot cover (inside) is about 13 cm. Very beautiful object of folk art, authentic and quality, dating from the first half of the twentieth century.
