Vintage wingback chair 2431 with ottoman by Børge Mogensen for Fredericia

A rare and particularly stylish Danish set: the iconic 2431 armchair with matching ottoman, model 2202, designed by Børge Mogensen for Fredericia in the 1960s. This set is a good example of Mogensen's vision where functionality and comfort come together in a clear design. The sleek design is softened by the use of soft, thick leather and the warm appearance of solid oak legs. Both pieces are in excellent vintage condition. The black leather is supple and well maintained, with minimal signs of use. Dimensions are as follows: height 96 cm, width 70 cm, depth 82 cm. Seat height 42 cm.
