Vintage vase with fish decor by Pierre Scheffer

Vintage vase with fish decoration made by Pierre Scheffer. A ceramicist from the Drôme department who worked at the Grange aux Potiers and then founded his own workshop, the Bombyx pottery, in 1979 until 2017, when it closed permanently. Pierre Scheffer sold his work in his shop and at local exhibitions in his region, sometimes in Lyon on the banks of the Saône. This is probably why his work is so little known to the public. The vase is in perfect condition: no cracks or missing parts. The inside diameter of the neck is 4cm. Careful shipping.
