Superb vintage light fixture from the 1960s/1970s, designed by the famous Finnish designer Helena Tynell and produced by the German manufacturer Hillebrand Leuchten. This iconic model in amber pressed glass, textured in bubble or honeycomb shapes, is a true collectible piece of Mid-Century design. It emits an ultra-warm golden light and casts beautiful graphic patterns on the walls. Type: Originally designed as a ceiling light or wall sconce, it has been equipped with a cable with a switch and plug to be used directly as a table lamp (the wiring can be removed if you wish to mount it on the wall or ceiling). Dimensions: Diameter 30 cm|Height 14 cm (this is the large model, rarer). Materials: Thick blown/pressed art glass in amber color and a golden metal base. Condition: Very good overall condition for its age. The glass is impeccable, with no major cracks or chips. The golden metal base shows slight normal signs of use (visible in the photos of the base) that do not detract from its aesthetic once placed or mounted. Functional electrical system. Perfect for vintage, retro, Art Deco, or Space Age decor. 📦 Very careful and ultra-protected shipping (bubble wrap and double-corrugated cardboard) to ensure the safety of the glass.
