Scoubidou serving tray

So many assets for this beautiful vintage tray! Its rim is entirely dressed in off-white and emerald green scoubidou thread. Its patatoid shape is very original and practical because the tray follows the shape of the body when held. The bottom of the tray is the same pretty emerald green color as the scoubidou thread on the handles. It must be from the 60s or maybe 70s. I cleaned it thoroughly, with a brush, to remove the dust accumulated for at least 50 years between each turn of wire. It has small metal pads underneath. It is in good structural condition, very solid, the scoubidou is well in place, not relaxed, but obviously it has some signs of its age: some rare small spots that I did not manage to clean on the scoubidou, traces on the tray but under the thick transparent plastic (halos more or less visible depending on the angle of arrival of the light and two gaps on the green color) and on the wood, underneath, old spots of moisture. It measures 53 cm in length, 34 cm at the widest, 3.5 cm high at the edge and 7.5 cm high at the handles. It weighs about 1.35 kg.
