Terre de Fer BFK pitcher

This is an iron earth water jug/pitcher, from the belgian manufacturer bfk (boch frères keramis), mars model. It features a magnificent art nouveau floral pattern, in burgundy red on a white background. This piece is representative of the transferware technique of the time. It dates from the beginning of the last century! 120 years later, it is still there and still as beautiful. Originally a water jug for washing, it can become in your home: a tall vase, a centerpiece or simply a beautiful decorative object. 📐 h 29.5cm, max diameter 20cm a small crack of 3cm on the beak, very barely visible and not weakening.
