Large Senufo stool

Senufo Low Stool. African art with clean lines. The Senufo people inhabit a large region encompassing parts of Ivory Coast, Mali, and Burkina Faso. This stool was carved from a single piece of wood. Its seat is slightly curved and rests on four wide legs. Its structure is particularly solid and robust, and the raw wood has developed a patina over time. All its features have been photographed. Very stable and comfortable, it can also be used as an end table or small decorative coffee table.
