"Samurai" armchairs by Joseph André Motte, Airborne, 1961

Pair of "samouraï" armchairs designed by joseph-andré motte for airborne around 1960 to equip the waiting and boarding rooms of the brand new orly airport in paris. This armchair has a padded seat and back, covered in a blue mont blanc fabric from nobilis. Its square-section tubular chrome-plated metal base ensures a light and modern structure. An emblematic model of the french designer, combining comfort and elegance. Edition: airborne the seats have been completely redone.
