Modular sofa model 743 by Joseph-André Motte for Steiner 1960

Living room set model "743" consisting of a combinable sofa (3 modules) By French designer Joseph André Motte (1925-2013) Original yellow/mustard fabric (to be completely redone, including the foam) and silver metal legs. Inside, the seats have a wooden structure in good condition, checked by a cabinetmaker. A magnificent design piece aimed at a professional decorator, as the restoration will cost at least the price of the sofa, depending on the chosen fabric. Authenticity proven by the auction house's invoice where I purchased it. Available upon request. The seating is very comfortable. Steiner edition. Circa 50-60. French work.
