"59" coffee table by Pierre Guariche for Meurop

"59" coffee table by Pierre Guariche, Meurop edition circa 1969. Chrome-plated metal legs, chipboard top covered with mahogany-effect formica. This is a "late" edition from the late 1960s, or early 1970s. Indeed, apart from a few rare exceptions, at Meurop, formica was only used on living room furniture (wardrobes, tables, etc.) from 1969. In very good vintage condition, top showing some traces of use and minor defects without gravity. Base left intact, with traces of use and minimal oxidation. Very nice overall appearance.
