Children's rattan armchair

Set of 2 vintage rattan children's armchairs from the 1960s-1970s. These armchairs have a shell shape inscribed in a rattan circle, which forms both the top of the backrest, the armrests and the front of the seat. The backrest and seat are made of the same rattan rods descending from the top of the circle then curving upwards to meet the front edge. The 2 armchairs are not identical: the backrest / seat rods of the first pass around the circle at the top of the armchair, narrowing as they descend before widening again as they rise towards the front. The rods of the second fold back on themselves to form inverted "u" shapes under the top of the backrest, a tie passing under the u attaches them to the backrest. In addition, the rods are positioned 2 by 2, each rod that descends being attached to the next rod that rises, and they are generally parallel. Total height 50 cm, seat height 30 cm, .
