Furniture with secret system for this tiered sloping desk carved in walnut circa 1850 the drawers and the flap are decorated with locks with square imprints hidden in the pull buttons and to access them you have to remove the decorative ball. Decorated with flutes, cartridges and geometric shapes, it opens in a belt with two drawers overlooking a low scrolled crosspiece and the whole rests on a base of small stacked arched feet joined by an h-shaped spacer. The upper part is composed of a flap decorated with flourishes all framed laterally by two openwork and carved consoles representing snakes and accompanied by two tiered drawers. The moving sides with recessed panels frame an interior composed of a large storage niche. Dimensions: height: 116 cm length: 102 cm width: 60 cm.
