Silver-plated tea and coffee service in Empire style, comprising a coffee pot, a teapot, a sugar bowl, a milk jug, and a tray. The pieces feature claw feet, palmettes, ram's head spouts, and handles in blackened wood. The design reflects the neoclassical vocabulary of Parisian silverware from the Consulate and Empire periods, with ovoid bodies, friezes of water leaves, and animal ornaments. The oval tray with a smooth base is adorned with the same frieze and two side handles with foliage. The pieces bear hallmarks indicating "ARGENT" and "100". In good vintage condition, with some scratches, wear, and slight loss of silver consistent with age.
