Restored Antique Régisseuse Buffet in Pine, Circa 1860

We are delighted to offer this absolutely exquisite sideboard, dating from around 1860, fully restored and made of stripped pine. This piece is a beautifully crafted traditional sideboard, very decorative and perfectly aged. It has been completely stripped, sanded, waxed, and polished, with a very smooth finish and a golden hue. This sideboard, originally designed for the daily use of workers, functions as it did originally, in a primitive manner. Normal signs of age and use patina are visible, as one would expect from a piece of furniture over 160 years old. Dimensions are taken at the widest point. The condition is fair with signs of wear consistent with age, minor losses, and slight structural damage, as well as slight discolouration.
