Mid Century Nowegian Chair from Brødrene Sørheim, 1960

A chair manufactured by brødrene sørheim in norway in the 1960s. The company was founded by the brothers øyvind, arnt and kristian in 1933. During world war ii, the sørheim brothers refused to supply the germans with furniture, and thus lost the opportunity to buy material for production. The company was reactivated in 1952 and operated until 1981. A chair with a classic scandinavian design, its structure is made of wood. Durable dark green upholstery is made of vinyl. The chair is slim and solidly made. The large seat and high backrest make it comfortable. The chair is in very good condition. Dimensions: Total height - 90 cm. Seat height - 46 cm. Seat width - 44 cm X 37 cm.
