Raku style teapot

Beautiful and very original teapot in raku style handcrafted ceramic (a technique of Japanese origin characterized by visible cracks on the enamel, often accompanied by bright colors). Cracks clearly visible in the enamel (network of fine cracks). Strong contrasts between shiny enamel and smoky or matte areas. Ivory color Very pretty shape with an original base and handle Teapot bearing an unidentified signature. No indication of brand or provenance but suggests a ceramic made in the workshops around La Borne (Cher). No indication for the period either. Beautiful condition, very shiny. Dimensions: depth of the container 13 cm, width 16 cm, height 23 cm.
