Description andré mailfert (1884-1943) - atelier d'art mailfert-amos, louis XV style office swivel armchair with caned backrest and padded leather seat. Presence under the seat of the iron-marked stamp. André mailfert was a famous forger who reproduced antique furniture in the great french artisanal tradition. Pegged armchair and cross-shaped steel pivot reinforcement under the seat. The canework is in very good condition, the seat is very comfortable, stable and rotates perfectly.
