Attention, gem! Made in the late 1950s, this pair of armchairs looks like they came straight out of a Jacques Tati film. Their twisted black metal structure stretched with pastel yellow scoubidou threads is reminiscent of the work of Pierre Guariche and Joseph André Motte. Observe the design of the tripod base and the egg shape of the armchair which simply make it an exceptional piece. The armchairs are entirely original and in a good state of conservation. The threads are well stretched and their color is uniform. Of course, they are a little worn in places and have traces of use, but you wouldn't think they are 70 years old. Some traces of rust also on the metal. Note a defect at the foot of one armchair. Seat height: 31 cm. Seat diameter: 31 cm.
