Robert Debiève, a famous French cardboard maker, had the majority of his creations printed on fabric, and more confidentially woven in Aubusson. His preferred themes are inspired by Provence and traditional crafts. This poetic work represents a herd of bulls in a Camargue landscape. Rendered in delicate shades of beige and blue, it stands out for its high-quality fabric print, with fine details and particularly harmonious colour rendering. The whole piece exudes a soft and calming atmosphere. In generally good condition, with a few discreet tears, particularly at the corners, consistent with the age of the fabric.
