Old painted metal pulling toy

Nice old toy to pull with a lot of charm. 1930s / 1940s. The toy is complete (it just lacks the string to move it forward). It is in very good general condition. The character moves when the wheels turn. Rare hand-painted metal folk art toy. No paint jump. Slight traces of corrosion without the metal being pierced. Beautiful original patina.
