Grandjean Jourdan ceramic tray for Vallauris 60s, vintage faux wood storage tray

Superb ceramic tray dating from the 1960s, by grandjean jourdan for the french manufacturer vallauris. A wood grain pattern is painted on the ceramic to create a trompe l'oeil effect. Stamped on the back of the tray. It can be used as a real serving tray or as a storage compartment in an entryway or on a side table. It is in good general condition, note: a few marks on the ceramic. It is a vintage object, it contains traces of time and wear and tear which make it a unique piece with a story!
