English two-tone stoneware pot

Superb old two-tone glazed stoneware pot, << srd>> glasgow pottery. The initials correspond to supply reserve depot: these large containers were used by the English army in 1940 to store rum. A witness to history, this ceramic is also very decorative, to be placed in the kitchen or in a vase with a few twigs of dried flowers. Stamped at the bottom of the pot. Good general condition, imperfect with some small manufacturing defects as per photos. Height 32.5 cm. Diameter 17.5 cm.
