Enamelled ceramic vase with hand-painted décor

Small vase of czechoslovak origin in enamelled ceramic with a hand-painted décor representing flowers and other motifs. Below, there are several marks in hollow: the number 82, and a round buffer unreadable for me. There is also a felt mark, a signature. It is in good condition, no crack, just a small shine on the edge of the base and the inside deserves a good cleaning. It is 15 cm high, with a maximum diameter of about 12 cm. It weighs about 480g.
