Pair Armchairs Bachelor Chairs and Ottoman by Verner Panton for Fritz Hansen, 1950s-60s

These armchairs were designed by verner panton in 1953 and are his first success. Fritz hansen edition of the 1950s or 1960s. Minimalist design, the cushions are simply laid and the structure is removable. Slightly patinated nickel-plated frames, original (largely) suede upholster, the foams of the cushions have just been replaced. Beautiful general condition patinated, some corners of the cushions have been reinforced from the inside, the suede is partially spotted. Slight differences in shades at the level of the suede are to be noted (perhaps two of the covers were originally remade, or bought back later). A rare set with the ottoman. For the brave, the whole can be disassembled by sending in a large package. The seat height of the armchairs is +/- 38cm, the dimensions of the ottoman are height 49, length 52, width 50.
