Magnificent louis XVI period cylinder desk in solid cuban mahogany circa 1760. It forms a bookcase and rests on 4 tapered and fluted legs ending in bronze shoes. It is made up of 3 elements: an upper part opening with 2 glass doors (original windows) and 3 drawers, a cylinder flap revealing an interior theater furnished with small drawers. A shelf desk part deploying a belted leather work surface 3 drop-out drawers the sides are decorated with grooves the pull handles and keyholes are in gilded bronze very beautiful parisian creation from the second half of the 18th century dimensions: h 173 X 108 X 58.
