A rare coffee table created in the 1960s by ceramicists Jean and Robert Cloutier in collaboration with the Parisian company RCF (Rotin Contemporain Français). Rectangular in shape, it combines a rattan and bamboo structure with a rhythmic top composed of rattan rods and glazed ceramic tiles. These tiles, bearing the expressive signature of the Cloutiers, feature vibrant glazes in shades of turquoise, cobalt, and seafoam green, enlivened by irregular reliefs and graphic inlays. The contrast between the organic texture of the rattan and the luminous depth of the glazes creates a harmonious dialogue between raw material and vibrant color. A rare and decorative piece, emblematic of the intersection between art ceramics and French handcrafted furniture. Certificate of authenticity available upon request. Country: France, circa 1960. Manufacturer: RCF Rotin Contemporain Français.
