Pair of mauna-kea chairs by Vico Magistretti, Kartell

Two original "mauna kea" chairs designed by the Italian architect Vico Magistretti in 1992 and published by Kartell - Italy. The structure of the chair is made of polished and metallic dark gray aluminum tube. The seat and back in mass-dyed polypropylene, lemon yellow. The chair is molded by injection. Both chairs are in good general condition, the iron structure has some small scratches but not too visible. Three plastic caps are missing from the feet. Model present in the design collection of the Center Pompidou Beaubourg in Paris. 77 x 58 x 54 cm.
