French Art Nouveau style lamp

Spectacular and beautiful lamp with influences of Art Nouveau style, of French origin, from the early to mid-20th century. Both the base and the stem of the piece are made of cast bronze. The base is conical/bell-shaped, richly decorated with embossed motifs reminiscent of acanthus leaves and palmettes, elements of modernist style. The stem features turned rings and two central knots with oval mouldings. Made of blown glass, it has an acid treatment (frosted or etched) that diffuses the light softly and aristocratically. Its shape emulates an inverted flower bud or a bulb, adorned with relief floral motifs of four petals and flowing lines that imitate stems. This naturalism is the quintessence of Art Nouveau.
