Vintage wall clock in formica 60/70s

Vintage wall clock by swiss manufacturer reg electric in two-coloured formica. The vintage design of the clock highlights a fantastic white "ivory" background with tiny infinite lines and at the ends a magnificent brown formica "false wood" also incorporated with infinite darker lines reminiscent of the spirit of creative design, new wave, and carefree, that could be seen on cars, the fashion of the 1960s-1970s. The design and shape also evoke a very modern, futuristic, "space-age" look, aerodynamics (shark fin) in line with the mentality of the time in which the clock was produced. The clock is composed of two black metal hands (one long for minutes, one short for the hour), plus a red for seconds, all in very good condition with a nice patina. Slight signs of wear and traces compatible with the age of the piece. Tested and fully functional with a classic r14 battery (not included.) the front of the clock has a glass with a brass border and can be opened. The back of the clock in perfect condition presents the operating mechanism. On the right the compartment or the battery is inserted, there is below a large black plastic screw that tightens or loosens to adjust and create contact with the battery. On the left, a small round button adjusts the time. A black plastic tab allows the pendulum to be turned on or stopped. To initiate the mechanism, simply slide the left (stop) tab to the right (start). As it is swiss precision at the top left a small screw setting or differential, allows you to adjust the deviations from 1 to 2 seconds for 24 hours, not bad!!!.
