Ceramic table lamp by Jacques Blin

Height – 48 cm diameter – 16 cm very good condition, the lamp works perfectly, the original lampshade which was a little damaged has been covered with wool that can be removed if you prefer the original. Jacques blin is a french ceramist from the mid-20th century, self-taught, particularly known for his sgraffito technique which consists of engraving patterns by hand directly into the engobe before firing. These patterns, often naive, represent plants, animals and imaginary creatures on a velvety background, most often in green and blue tones, which bring mystery and poetry to each piece. This model is a beautiful example, a unique and exceptional piece.
