Pair of antique Art Nouveau wall sconces in bronze, Italy, 20th century.

A pair of wall sconces with two lights in opalescent glass and gilded bronze. The structure features a bundle of lake reeds with a floral corolla holding one of the two lights. The main decorative element consists of a stylised fish in opalescent glass, characterised by a sinuous movement with its tail pointing upwards, resting on a leafy base and positioned prominently. The ornamental ensemble is completed by opalescent glass water nets placed beneath the animal. The glass parts show small chips and slight defects.
