Space age lamp bud gradient brown harvey guzzini, 60s

Iconic pendant lamp designed by studio 6g in 1968 and produced by harvey guzzini in the late 60s / early 70s. The half-sphere lampshade is made of methacrylate. It has a big half round diffuser, a chrome lamp socket holder and chromed metal (iron) ring. This is probably the most iconic and distinctive version of the legendary lamp of the italian maker. The half-sphere methacrylate lampshade has balanced proportions. The gradient brown color perfectly blends with the chromed metal ring, and provides a beautiful, warm lighting effect. Like similar creations from the legendary italian lighting company guzzini - for instance the baobab pendant - bud is an icon of the space age.
