18th-century Piedmontese bureau made of fine walnut, featuring bas-relief carvings of scrolls and foliage, elegantly ebonised across the entire surface. The front displays two drawers topped by a flap that conceals an internal writing compartment, consisting of four drawers and an open central space, ideal for storing documents or small valuable items. The rounded uprights and panelled sides bring harmony and continuity to the design, while the curved legs add a touch of lightness and dynamism. The interiors are made of poplar, a lightweight wood that ensures durability and strength. A piece of furniture that combines functionality and refinement, a testament to the excellence of Piedmontese craftsmanship of the time.
