Multifunctional coffee table designed by Johannes Andersen for Trioh in the 1960s. This teak model embodies one of the most interesting aspects of Danish design: the ability to find practical solutions through meticulous construction and intelligent use of space. The main tabletop, long and narrow, features slightly rounded corners and reveals the warm grain of the teak. The structure is supported by tapered legs connected by crossbars that contribute to the stability of the piece. The originality of the design lies in its additional elements: a sliding side table, which can be used as an independent surface, and a small tray integrated at one end of the tabletop. A versatile configuration, designed to adapt to various everyday needs. It can be used as a coffee table, next to a sofa, or in a reading area. The sliding table provides extra surface space when needed while keeping the footprint compact when not in use. An example of Danish modernism still relevant for everyday use. In vintage good condition with slight signs of wear consistent with the age of the piece.
